What is the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise is our plan for larger organizations that need SSO / SAML, audit logs, and priority support. It starts at $99/mo and includes 10 members, with additional members at $10/member/mo. Annual billing saves 17%.
What happens after my free trial ends?
When your 14-day free trial ends, your account automatically downgrades to the free tier (1 space, 1 member). Your content is preserved. You can upgrade to Pro or Enterprise at any time from your billing settings.
Do I have to pay for readers?
No. Readers are always free. You only pay for team members who edit and manage your documentation.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. You can start your 14-day free trial without entering any payment information. A card is only required when you upgrade to Pro or Enterprise.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately.
How do the AI features work?
OpenDocs AI features — AI Write Assistant, AI Writer Improver, and AI Translations — are powered by Claude, Anthropic's state-of-the-art AI model. They're available on every plan (Free Trial, Pro, and Enterprise) using a bring-your-own Anthropic API key model. Connect your key in account settings and you get Claude writing first drafts of your docs, improving tone and clarity, and translating your content into 38 languages — all without leaving OpenDocs. Usage is billed directly through your Anthropic account at cost, with no markup from us.

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. All payments are processed securely.
What is your refund policy?
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
