These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the OpenDocs platform and website. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use OpenDocs.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use OpenDocs to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Publish content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
- Distribute malware or engage in phishing.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
- Use the platform for spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you create on OpenDocs. By using our platform, you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service. We will not use your content for any other purpose.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Free accounts are available indefinitely. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
5. Service availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenDocs is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
